Coming Home to Yourself – An Intimate Journey of Remembering.

A soul-led journey to reclaim your truth, release old patterns, & return to the wholeness of who you truly are.

Join Jinny (Virginia Klink)- psychotherapist, facilitator, and lover of all things esoteric - as she guides you through an intimate journey of remembering the sovereign, embodied truth of who you are at a soul level.

Using bilateral stimulation, binaural beats, and breathwork, you’ll be gently guided into altered states of consciousness, inviting access to the subconscious, the uncovering of limiting beliefs, and nervous system reintegration.

Through this process you may powerfully reclaim the parts of yourself once rejected, avoided or disowned. This is a return to wholeness and inner alignment - and when we are aligned, our actions become those of nature.

Our deeds move in rhythm with truth.

This is an invitation not just to do deeper work, but to transform inwardly - so you can create a new world, unburdened by the old pain, the old anger, the old hurt, and the old frustrations that once kept you small.

They are no longer needed in the next leg of your journey.

The session will be held within a guiding mantra:

I hold you.

I hear you.

I see you.

I believe you.

I transform with you in love.

Safety Note from Virginia:

Virginia is a trained psychotherapist with years of experience supporting the nervous system. Safety and groundedness are held as the highest priority throughout this experience.

While we work with altered states of consciousness, these states remain gentle, responsive, and fully within your control. You will never be led into a place you cannot exit from. Even in deeper delta states, you will retain full agency at all times - you can choose to shift, pause, or step away whenever you need to.

Because the session is conducted through wireless headphones, you will always have the option to lower the intensity or exit the experience without explanation.

Your autonomy and nervous system safety are at the centre of this work.

About your facilitator - Virginia Klink @safespace.group

Virginia is a psychotherapist who draws from both Western neuroscience and esoteric mysticism to guide others toward deeper self-truth.She believes we become our most vital, vibrant selves when we reclaim the parts of us we once rejected - often because we were told they were too much, not enough, or unlovable.

She operates her psychotherapy practice out of Warrnambool, where she works with sober psychedelics - stimuli that recreate psychedelic states in the brain without the use of substances. These include strobe-based entrainment, bilateral stimulation, binaural beats, breathwork, and psychedelic visual fields.

Virginia guides clients through altered states of consciousness to help them release beliefs formed in moments of distress or misattunement. By doing so, she supports the brain in rewiring toward openness, receptivity, and alignment - so that people can live their most abundant and sovereign lives.

Her collaboration with Centre of You marks the culmination of a project she has been developing for over a decade - and it is her highest privilege and deepest pleasure to share it with you.

Things to note:

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Something to cover your eyes, if you wish to do so (eg. eye mask, scarf). A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).

Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.

No Photo/Video Content Will Be Captured: We recognise that being at an event where content is being captured can impact the personal comfort and nervous system regulation of our community. As such, it should be known upfront that this event is a photo and video free space. No content will be captured. We ask all participants to honor this agreement in respect of the shared experience by placing any recording devices away on arrival.

Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 11:45am - 12:00pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 12:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.

Driving: Centre of You is located upon Chapel Street and while you may get lucky with an untimed spot, (try High Street) predominantly 1 and 2 hour parking is available (unmetered from 5pm). So you can fully settle into the practice, we suggest you avoid the need to move your car or risk a fine and park at the CARe multilevel carpark (8-14 King Street Prahran), a 140-metre walk from COY.

1 - 2 Hours parking will be charged at $5.60

2 - 3 Hours parking will be charged at $7.50

3-4 hours parking will be charged at $9.00.

Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).

Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.

Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. If you could use support in getting up the stairs or would like to discuss ways to make your experience at Centre of You more comfortable, please reach out via hello@centreofyou.com.au or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.

Accessibility: At COY we aim to ensure our community and events are inclusive and accessible while alongside upholding the needs and responsibilities of our business and the businesses of our collaborating facilitators.
