Centre of You (COY) Co-Founder and Director Grace, is blessed to have access to an adored and loyal Support Squad. This team of legends underpins the delivery of events and offerings to the Centre of You community with care, attunement, consistency and of course, support.

If you’d like to explore whether resonance exists for your presence, energy and assistance to intermittently be called upon over 2025 as a ‘SQUADDIE’, you’re invited to attend an information circle at COY on Monday October 14th at 6pm - 7:30pm.

Shared will be:

  • Hear about the squad experience from existing squaddies

  • Q&A
