COY has access to a legendary Support Squad of unpaid volunteers who support facilitators run their events at COY. Their acts of service include help with access, set up, door management, during-event assistance if required, post-event pack-down and tidying. Squad support is included within the COY partnership model and we do our best to offer this with notice, whilst also taking into consideration that our Squaddies are humans with jobs, lives and other paid commitments and occasionally, we can not always provide support on your desired day. If Squad support is absolutely crucial to your event, let us know at the initial stages of your event enquiry. You can BYO squad, but know our people know COY inside out and offer a familiar presence to our community. We do what we can to make running your event easy, so you can focus on facilitation and space holding
