::: Transition from BUSY to BEING by melting into a nurturing evening of rest :::
Rested. Nurtured. Supported. Held. These may not be the words usually associated with yoga though if this is something that calls to you then you're invited to share in this nurturing space facilitated by Libbie Hind.
We work so hard in our daily life that we rarely give ourselves space or permission to really rest. We can get so caught up in the past, present and future that we forgot to just be. Restorative yoga offers us the support and space we need to just BE. No judgement, no expectations. It helps us to transition from BUSY to BEING.
With lots of support from props to ensure no stress or strain is placed upon the body, this class is available to all levels and abilities. You do not need to be experienced at yoga. You are held and fully supported in the asanas (poses) for a longer length of time than in a regular practice so you can melt and relax.
A safe space will be held for you to surrender and nestle. You will be softly guided throughout the practice to make it your own.
What are the benefits of Restorative Yoga?
It can help to relieve chronic stress
It can support physical and mental well-being
Soothes persistent pain
Helps alleviate headaches
Improves sleep
Builds emotional resilience
Exchange for this event is $23 (which includes the Eventbrite fee), however if you are going through financial hardship at this moment in time, please reach out to Libbie on either of the following:
