Energy In Motion - An Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Journey Through the Chakras.

Energy In Motion: An Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Journey

Welcome to Energy In Motion, a transformational event where ecstatic dance, cacao, and emotional release come together to create an unforgettable experience. This is more than an event; it's a journey of self-discovery and expression, offering a blend of personal growth, community connection, and joyful celebration.

Emotion is energy in motion, and this experience is designed to support emotional processing with an undercurrent of bliss. It's about inner exploration and embodied expression, all within a vibrant, party-like atmosphere. Personal development can be fun, and we're here to prove it.

June Event: Third Eye Chakra (Light)

This June at Energy In Motion, we are activating our third eye chakra - tuning into our inner vision, enhancing our intuition, and opening up to more light.

The third eye chakra, also known as the Ajna, is said to be the "seat of the soul" and a gateway to higher consciousness. It is our center of perception and is associated with the element of light.

Throughout the evening, we’ll deepen our relationship with the third eye chakra, opening to clarity, spiritual insight, and deeper understanding.

Join us for an evening of intuitive movement, deep connection, and powerful activations.

This event is an opportunity to dance, and an invitation to transform through beauty, play, and the pleasure of being fully present in your body.

Experience Highlights

  • Ecstatic Dance: A space for free expression. Let go of inhibition and move to the rhythm. No dance experience needed, just an open heart.

  • Cacao Ceremony: Connect with this heart-opening plant medicine, traditionally known as "food of the Gods." The ceremony invites emotional clarity and deeper connection to self while fueling your desire to dance.

  • Chakra Exploration: Each event focuses on one of the seven chakras. From the root to the crown, we journey through these energetic centers, integrating their wisdom and embracing their power.

Community Guidelines

  • Be present: No phones

  • Be clear: No intoxicants

  • Be embodied: No talking during the dance

  • Be respectful: Consensual contact only

Join us at Energy In Motion for a transformative experience where you can dance, connect, and evolve with a community of kindred spirits.

A journal and an eye mask is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).

No Photo/Video Content Will Be Captured: We recognise that being at an event where content is being captured can impact the personal comfort and nervous system regulation of our community. As such, it should be known upfront that this event is a photo and video free space. No content will be captured. We ask all participants to honor this agreement in respect of the shared experience by placing any recording devices away on arrival.
