An experiential evening of ritual, guided movement, deep dance and a sonic sound bath to close the night.

Arrive by 7.20pm at the latest to anchor in and open the evening with a small cacao ceremony at 7.30pm before we dive deep into the dance !

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic dance is a powerful somatic release modality. Be willing to be moved by the music created intentionally to facilitate your movement journey. There are no dance moves, it’s an introspective process. Just allow yourself to drop into your body and move as you’re guided. Feel the way your body seeks to release and/or move through arising energy and emotions and honour it.

If you’ve never experienced ecstatic dance before, you’re invited to try.
