An experiential evening of ritual, guided movement, deep dance and a sonic sound bath to close the night.

Arrive by 7.20pm at the latest to anchor in and open the evening with a small cacao ceremony at 7.30pm before we dive deep into the dance !

Ecstatic dance is a powerful somatic release modality. Be willing to be moved by the music, created intentionally to facilitate your movement journey. There are no dance moves.. just allow yourself to drop into your body and move as you’re guided you. Before long you will feel the release of stagnant, stuck energy and emotions.
