You belong here.

A place to explore in wholeness, the parts of self known and unknown, alongside kindred community.

In facilitation of personal empowerment.

The Centre of You community (COYunity) is made up of courageous hearts with an intrinsic willingness to delve into their inner terrain while seeking to understand with loving compassion that which may be limiting the realisation of their fullest potential. All the while, undertaking their inner-exploration in supportive, accepting space for the kindred doing ‘the work’ alongside one-another.

In facilitation of homecoming.

Centre of You is an energetically nurturing, warm, womb-like haven for spiritually, physically and psychologically safe inner-exploration. It’s a familiar space to return home to time and time again. A place of learning, unlearning and relearning. The multi-modality collection of aligned events and offerings are curated intentionally in service to introspection, somatic release, self-understanding, connection and/or restoration.

Great gratitude for joining our journey from its inception in December 2020, for witnessing and holding space for our evolution through-out this start-up period as we bring Centre of You and all its magic to the community alongside finding our feet operationally. We appreciate you.
